Europe gets its first digital power hub for women

Paris/Berlin, March 20, 2025 – Women in Europe are getting a new digital home: Belle&Yell is launching – initially in France and Germany. The platform, founded by an international team of five successful female entrepreneurs, aims to empower women and provide them with the right tools for health, finance, career, business and lifestyle.

“50% of humanity is female, but women are still treated like a minority. This is no longer acceptable,” says Regula Bathelt, CEO and co-founder of Belle&Yell.
The platform aims to change exactly that – with high-quality content, an active community and a marketplace for products, coaching, training and workshops.

Women face structural challenges, the figures speak for themselves:

• Gender Pay Gap – women earn on average 20 % less than men worldwide.
• Pension Gap – women receive 30 % less pension than men.
• Leadership Gap – only 10 % of management positions in the world’s largest companies are held by women.
• Investment Gap – companies led by women receive only 2 % of global venture capital.

“Women don’t need more motivation, they need real opportunities and knowledge to overcome the existing hurdles,” states Stéphanie Gouchault, COO and co-founder.
