Applicable Law – Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, excluding its conflict of law rules. However, if you are a resident of the European Union, and the consumer protection laws of your country of residence offer more favorable provisions, those provisions will apply.

In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at rebel@belleandyell.com to seek an amicable resolution.

Should an amicable resolution not be possible, and if you are acting as a consumer, you may refer your complaint to a consumer ombudsman. Contact details can be provided upon request. Additionally, the European Union offers a platform for resolving disputes arising from online purchases at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform is available to any customer residing within the European Union.

Using a consumer ombudsman is optional, and at any time, you may choose to bring the dispute to the appropriate courts. If you are acting in a professional capacity, any disputes related to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals of Paris, France.

Modification of the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time, with changes effective only for the future. We will inform you of any significant changes by posting a prominent notice on the Site.

If you disagree with any updates to the Terms of Use, your only recourse is to discontinue using the Site.
