Maybe you know this: You want to be visible without bending yourself. You want to make new professional connections, but don’t really know where to start. You tend to be quiet – and don’t want that to be a disadvantage. And you’re looking for a way to network that suits your life without any added pressure.
Many women think of “networking” as something they are not: loud, extroverted, constantly present. But it’s not about being louder – it’s about appearing clearer.
Networking is not an add-on. It is the multiplier of your impact.
Katharina Krentz & Sophie Rickmann are networkers by conviction and will show you how to find your very own style – regardless of whether you prefer to observe or be the center of attention. They both know: Networking is not “one size fits all”. It’s your space, which you can shape in your own way.
Their mission: to help women become visible, connect and grow
In her program, participants develop their very own networking style – without small talk marathons or self-promotion. Instead of getting lost at big events, they learn how to make real connections: authentically, respectfully and at eye level.
Visibility is not confused with volume here. Rather, it is about being present with clarity and attitude – without having to pretend. Real-life situations are played out in practical live sessions via Zoom – both online and offline. This creates confidence in presenting and speaking.
The participants are accompanied personally by Katharina and Sophie – and embedded in a motivating learning group. Direct communication via WhatsApp voice messages allows for tailored support, addressing specific questions and current challenges in network coaching. All content, including the recordings and the mini workbook, can be flexibly integrated into everyday life.
