In the Sisterhood Groups of LebensHeldin e.V., you’ll meet women who truly understand what you’ve been through.

Real women. Real journeys. The Book of Courage shares how women rebuild their lives after cancer – with fear and strength, tears and laughter. Every story is proof that healing is more than medical – it’s deeply human. - Healing Journey – Your path to new joy in life
Gently guided and mindfully designed: the Healing Journey takes you step by step toward more self-confidence, balance, and joy. Through meditation, bodywork, and rituals, you’ll learn to let go – and blossom again. - Special Programs – Knowledge, Movement, Well-being
LebensHeldin e.V. offers additional programs designed specifically for the phase after cancer treatment. Whether Yoga with Cancer, workshops on hormone balance (From Chemo Straight into Menopause), nutrition and mindfulness courses, or online sessions on body awareness and resilience – each program strengthens body, mind, and soul.

Empowerment after Cancer: Real, Brave, Connected.
A breast cancer experience changes everything. The medical treatment may be over – but emotional healing often only begins afterwards. Isolation, fear, and the feeling of being left on your own shape the daily life of many women.
LebensHeldin e.V. accompanies these women on their journey back to joy and vitality. The organization shows that breast cancer is not the end, but a powerful new beginning.
Its goal: to empower affected women and their supporters in their personal transformation – for a life full of hope, self-agency, and new perspectives.
LebensHeldin e.V. was founded by women who experienced this transformation themselves – and turned it into a movement. Silke Linsenmaier and Isabella Ladines, the founders and board members, bring courage, experience, and heart to the mission.
They are supported by Angelika Schindler-Obenhaus, patron, senior advisor, and mentor, as well as Astrid Möller, board member and treasurer.
Together, they stand for a new form of feminine strength – empathetic, united, and full of drive. Their shared goal: to help women rediscover trust in themselves and their lives after breast cancer.
The Mission – from a woman with cancer to a heroine of her life
LebensHeldin redefines self-help and fills a gap in the healthcare system.
The focus is not on the illness, but on the woman and her strengths. A new, holistic women’s health culture is emerging – one that creates space for prevention, mindfulness, and true self-empowerment.

Every contribution strengthens the mission of LebensHeldin e.V. and gives more women hope, guidance, and confidence – distributed free of charge through clinics, breast centers, and medical practices.
