With WoMA, she creates easy access to knowledge, experts and options – so that every woman can make her own decisions.
WoMA is the fruit of Fatimas painful journey and those of thousands of others. Her personal experience with the challenges of family planning motivated her to found WoMA to empower women with more control over their bodies and fertility. Prior to this founding, Fatima Bouayad was a Senior Engagement Manager in the Paris office of McKinsey & Company, where she developed a passion for innovative healthcare solutions.

WoMa’s interdisciplinary scientific advisory board consists of leading experts, including gynecologists specializing in fertility, endocrinologists and midwives. They develop the protocols, design the entire treatment process and ensure that all medical partners share the same values of empathy and listening.
