Belle&Yell, the platform for women 45+, and the transformation consulting firm Voss & Co. announce their strategic partnership. Together, they will develop formats, content, and collaborations that support women in actively shaping the opportunities of their midlife.
Today, women aged 45 and older are facing one of the most exciting and, at the same time, most challenging phases of life. Changes in health, new career prospects, financial decisions, and shifting life plans are confronting a generation that possesses more experience, knowledge, and creative power than any generation before it.
At the same time, the world is changing rapidly. New technologies, evolving work environments, and societal upheavals are calling many long-held certainties into question. For women in midlife, this period presents not only challenges but also new opportunities.
This is precisely where the collaboration between Belle&Yell and Voss & Co. comes in.
“Many women reach a point in their lives when they ask themselves: How do I want to shape the next 20 or 30 years? Midlife is not a crisis, but an opportunity to make conscious decisions and develop new perspectives,” says Nicole Voss, founder of Voss & Co.

As part of the partnership, Belle&Yell and Voss & Co. are developing various joint formats and initiatives for women in midlife. The focus is on Belle&Yell’s four core topics: health, career, finances, and life.
A joint podcast series is already in the works. In short, inspiring conversations, Nicole Voss and Regula Bathelt will address questions that concern many women today: How do we stay healthy and capable of taking action? How do career paths evolve in a changing world of work? What does financial freedom mean in midlife? And how do we shape a life that aligns with our values and goals?
Additional joint projects and collaborations are already in development and will be unveiled in the coming months.
Through their partnership, Belle&Yell and Voss & Co. are pursuing a shared goal: to support women in making informed decisions, recognizing new opportunities, and shaping their next chapter on their own terms.
